How do I get help with an app?+
Email us at support@smartharmonyai.com with your device model, OS version, the app name, and a short description of the issue (screenshots help a lot). We aim to reply within 2 business days.
How do I report a bug or crash?+
Send us the app name, what you were doing when it happened, and your device/OS version. If the app shows an error code or message, include it. We triage crash reports quickly.
How do I request a feature?+
We love feature requests — email them to us with as much context as you can about the problem you're trying to solve. We read every one.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?+
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google, not by us. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
How do I request a refund?+
Because purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by them. On iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use the Play Store order history. We're happy to help if something isn't working.
How do I delete my account or data?+
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@smartharmonyai.com with the subject "Data deletion". We'll confirm and complete the request. See our Privacy Policy for details.
