Smart Harmony AI (“Smart Harmony AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit smartharmonyai.com (the “Site”) or use our mobile applications (the “Apps”, and together with the Site, the “Services”).
By using our Services you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact details — such as your name and email address when you contact us, request support, or make an enquiry.
- Content you submit — messages, feedback, support requests, and any information you choose to enter into an App.
Information collected automatically
- Device & usage data — such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and basic usage events, used to keep the Services working and to fix problems.
- Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data to help us improve reliability.
Our Apps are designed to be privacy-first. Where an App can work without collecting personal data, we keep data on your device and do not transmit it to us.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and keep the Services secure.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to serve third-party advertising.
AI features
Some Services use artificial intelligence. When you use an AI feature, the content you submit may be processed by us or by trusted AI infrastructure providers solely to generate a response for you. We do not use your private content to train foundation models, and we minimize the data sent to only what is needed to perform the requested task.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of reputable service providers to operate, for example app distribution and payments through the Apple App Store and Google Play, online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and Walmart for our reseller business, and cloud hosting and AI processing. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies and only process data on our instructions. When you buy a product from us on a marketplace, that marketplace processes your order, payment and shipping details under its own privacy policy; we receive only the information needed to fulfil and support your order, and we never receive your full payment card details.
Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate legal or business purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights and choices
- Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@smartharmonyai.com. To delete your account and associated data, email us with the subject “Data deletion” and we will confirm and complete your request.
Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to limit access to it.
International users
We are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If you use the Services from another region, your information may be processed in Canada or in other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards in place.
