These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyMoneyConcierge mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. The App is for adults recording and managing their own personal finances. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for the accounts you choose to connect, and for the decisions you make.
MyMoneyConcierge is a personal record-keeping and analysis tool. It is not a bank, a credit union, a money-transmission service, a payment processor, a broker, an investment adviser, a tax adviser, or a credit-reporting agency, and it is none of these things by design.
Consult a qualified professional about your circumstances. You rely on the App at your own discretion, and you remain responsible for verifying anything you act on — including against your bank's own statements, which are authoritative where they differ from the App.
MyMoneyConcierge is free to download and includes a 14-day free trial of the Personal plan. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription:

An "AI Action" is one unit of assistant work — for example phrasing an insight, proposing a categorisation, or reading a receipt. Your plan includes a monthly allowance (25 on Personal, 100 on Connected). Allowances do not roll over and are not redeemable for cash or credit. The everyday calculations in the App — balances, totals, budgets, forecasts — are ordinary features and do not consume an allowance. We may adjust allowances with reasonable notice; we will not reduce the allowance for a period you have already paid for.
Bank connectivity is optional, available on the Connected plan, and is provided through a third-party data aggregator.
You agree not to: use the App unlawfully or for anyone else's finances without their authority; attempt to access another person's data; reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the App or its security controls except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded; circumvent entitlement or usage limits; use the App to build a competing product; overload or disrupt our services; or use automated means to extract data from our services.
Testing our security in good faith is welcome and is not a breach of this section — please read the reporting guidance on our security page first.
The core of the App works offline and does not depend on our servers. Optional features — bank connections, cloud AI, subscription validation — do depend on third parties and may be unavailable from time to time. We may add, change or discontinue features; where a change materially reduces a feature you are paying for, we will give reasonable notice and, where required, a remedy.
The App, its design and its content are owned by SmartHarmony AI LLC and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the applicable store's terms. Your data is yours; nothing here gives us ownership of the records you create.
The App works with third parties including Apple, Google, the bank-data aggregator, our infrastructure and AI providers, and our crash-reporting provider. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. They are listed in the Privacy Policy.
Except where the law does not allow it, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure, categorisation, import or forecast will be accurate or complete. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartHarmony AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost savings, lost data, missed payments, overdraft or interest charges, or financial decisions made in reliance on the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SmartHarmony AI LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete it. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the App. If we discontinue the App, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your records — and because your data is on your device, discontinuation does not take it away from you.
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SmartHarmony AI LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law applies to you. Nothing in these Terms removes protections that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
